Esther’s Place, a chic three-bedroom apartment/villa offers urban waterfront luxury with unrestricted views of the estuary, inland Hawkes Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Close to the Art Deco delights of downtown Napier, it is operated by The Millar Road Family.
