Speciality: Event, Trade Show, Sales Mission Procurement and Management, Business Projects and Account Management

Responsible for the procurement and management (and execution in some projects) of all existing and new events, trade shows and Navigate sales missions within the annual strategy and business plan. Also responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery including specific project management roles, management of the delivery team (coordinates or external consultants in specific project management roles), and Navigate's overall financial account management.

Debbie holds a Diploma in Interior Design and has a keen eye through a photographic lens. Her previous roles include sales, working with Navigate's Public Relations Account Manager representing The Wakaya Club, Vatulele and The Shangri La Fijian. She was Client Services Manager for six years with a leading boutique Human Resource Agency specialising in Creative Management Recruitment which ensures Debbie has proven skills to work at senior sales and marketing levels.
